We have worked directly with some of the businesses listed and do request references from members or local clients for all referral listees, but we do not guarantee any listee’s work.
Whenever you hire a professional to work on your property, you should take the appropriate steps, including verifying that the businesses have current licenses and insurance converge. It is always wise to get more than one estimate. Moreover, if your property is individually designated or located with a designated historic or landmark district, a Certificate of Appropriateness may be required for your project. If you know your building is historic, or if you want to know its status, we recommend consulting the City of Pasadena’s Design & Historic Preservation section of the Planning Department prior to commencing work.
