VOLUNTEER

Volunteering with Pasadena Heritage is a great way to support historic preservation in our community. Share your time and talents, making new friends along the way! We have volunteer opportunities suited to everyone’s unique interests and skills.
Administrative Support:
Volunteers with office skills and experience are needed to help with mailings, telephones, and other administrative tasks.
Archiving and Research:
Volunteers are needed to assist with digitization, and other archival tasks. Training is provided.
Oral History Project:
Volunteers are needed to research or record and transcribe interviews with Pasadena area residents from all walks of life. Training is provided.
Special Event Volunteers:
Participate during our signature events such as Spring Home Tour, Craftsman Weekend, or the Colorado Street Bridge Party and receive complimentary admission. Volunteer at our membership table, ticketing, or in a home on tour as a docent or greeter.
Tour Docents:
Discover or deepen your knowledge of the fascinating architectural history of Pasadena by leading small groups through Pasadena’s historic neighborhoods and Old Pasadena. Docent training is provided.
