If you enjoy learning about Pasadena history and architecture and sharing that knowledge with others – Pasadena Heritage needs you! Join us for our 2015 docent training classes and you can give much needed support by volunteering to lead tours throughout the year. We are looking for out-going people who will proudly represent Pasadena Heritage. Whether you are interested in being a docent for walking tours, bus tours or house tours, this training will be extremely beneficial.

Volunteer Experiences

“I am a 4th generation native and 6th generation to have lived in Pasadena. While growing up, I heard many stories of what my ancestors had done in early years of Pasadena. Given that, I was absolutely delighted to learn things about my own family while preparing to lead various tours that I had not heard previously from any of my parents or grandparents. That learning experience has made my docenting experience much more valuable to me personally”

– John Morris, Pasadena Heritage Volunteer (4 Years)
