CRAFTSMEN WEEKEND COMMITTEE

Craftsman Weekend is a tribute to Pasadena’s unique contributions to the American Arts & Crafts Movement. Craftsman Weekend is also the largest and most comprehensive celebration of the Craftsman Movement in the Western United States. The Weekend offers bus and walking tours, lectures, seminars, workshops, receptions in historic sites, the Craftsman Antiques and Contemporary Show & Sale, a silent auction and the drive-yourself Sunday Craftsman House Tour.

The Craftsman Weekend Committee meets monthly in preparation for this unique and nationally recognized collection of events. Volunteer committee members share in the planning of all Craftsman Weekend programming. Volunteers interested in this committee should note the ten-month commitment.

Volunteer Experiences

“Being a “Pasadena Native,” I love this city! I am inspired by Pasadena’s enriched offerings, but my favorite event is Pasadena Heritage’s Craftsman Weekend! The need to give back and volunteer, for this event, is my way of giving back to the historic beauty of these magnificent architectural treasures! I am honored, year after year to participate in this spectacular event!!!”

-Lynne Levin-Guzman, Pasadena Heritage Volunteer ( 9 years)
