CELEBRATION OF THE COLORADO STREET BRIDGE FAQ

Tickets are being issued through Eventbrite via email. Check your email (and spam folder) for a message from Eventbrite.
When you purchase your tickets to this event you will receive a confirmation email through Eventbrite. On this email you will find an orange button that says Go to online event page. If you click on this button you will be taken to the virtual event page for the Bridge Celebration. On this page you will have two options of links to click. For Monday, Tuesday and Friday you will use the image with all of the events for the week listed that has a play symbol. For Wednesday’s events you will use the image with the drum circle that has a play symbol. When you are ready to join the event click on that and it will take you into the zoom call! You will also receive email reminders 1 day before, and 1 hour before the first event. If you have trouble reaching this page, or you don’t see the images with the play icon please refer to your reminder emails you will receive on Sunday as we have included the links in that email. If you have any further issues please contact us by emailing email@example.com.
You will have access to recordings after the week of the event for 3 weeks.
All events start at 6:00 pm PST unless otherwise noted. Exceptions include the car parade, which begins at 9:30 am, and the drum circle, which begins at noon.
All events during this celebration will be filmed. By attending any of the events during the Celebration of the Colorado Street Bridge, you agree that Pasadena Heritage has the right to use your likeness, image, voice, etc. in film and any marketing, advertising, or related endeavors. You also understand that you will not be compensated in any way for the use of your likeness, image, voice, etc.
If you purchased multiple tickets, when you receive the confirmation email you can share that with your guest. Please note to go through Eventbrite they may need your login information.
Here is a list of materials that will be used.
- String 36” long.
- Chip board 32” x 40” or so. (Thin enough to cut with scissors.)A few Manila folders will suffice in a pinch.
- Scotch Tape
- Packing Tape
- Glue stick or tacky glue.
- Straight edge
- 4′ Level
- Small ruler
- Lots of black spring clips 7 min.
- 7 pens or other weights of some kind.
